Privacy Policy
This page covers the furnace trade-in form run by NJ Plumbing Services, Inc., doing business as One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Delaware.
What We Collect
Your name, phone number, address, answers about your furnace, the photos you send and the visit time you pick. We save your contact details and answers when you tap Save and Pick a Time, even if you don't go on to pick a time.
How We Use It
We use it to price your trade-in, set up and make your visit, call you about it and do any work you agree to. We don't sell your information.
Photos
Your phone shrinks each photo before sending it, which removes location and other hidden photo data. We send your photos to Anthropic, an AI company, so its AI can read the furnace's details for our team. Your name, phone and address aren't sent with them. Otherwise, only our team can see your photos.
Advertising
This page may use the Meta Pixel to tell us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads led to a tap on our call button or a form being sent. We don't send your name, phone, address or photos through it.
How Long We Keep It
We remove form details and photos from this site after about 13 months. If you become a customer, we keep job records as needed to run our business.
